WHAT IS AQUA:
Aqua is the summer's hottest LGBT focused event in Silicon Valley. Ab Pab in conjunction with designer Robert Sagabaen, DJ Eddie House, and vocalist Xavier Toscano present a swimsuit fashion show benefiting the Silicon Valley AIDS Leadership Center.
The 88 will be transformed into San Jose's urban beach! Attendees are strongly encouraged to come in festive summer attire! it's time to break out your custom or designer apparel (PLEASE NOTE: because alcohol is provided at this event, attendees will have poolside access but can not go into the pool). On the 5th floor attendees can also enjoy a lush bamboo garden with water sculptures. Fahrenheit Ultra Lounge will be providing complimentary appetizers throughout the afternoon while each person receives three drink coupons redeemable for cocktails. The 21st floor observation deck will also be available for viewing the festivities with striking views of Silicon Valley.
Silicon Valley's own, DJ Eddie House will be providing the deep beats to get the afternoon going. Eddie's unique blend of deep house and tribal melodies has earned him recognizable street credibility throughout Silicon Valley. Meanwhile, designer, Robert Sagabaen will be running 12 of the Bay Area's hottest swimsuit models through a runway fashion show. The models were chosen for their dedication to creating change and their community involvement. The breadth of diversity within our models represents interests and passions from across the Bay Area. Before the afternoon comes to a close vocalist Xavier Toscano will be entertaining the crowd with his new hit single. During Xavier Toscano's performance, onstage dancers will offer some of the freshest hip hop moves in the Bay Area.

WHY AQUA?
AQUA was created to bridge a portion of the funding gap facing critical HIV/AIDS awareness programs in Silicon Valley. Through the astounding level of support provided by: The 88, Fahrenheit Ultra Lounge, and the talents of our DJ, designer, vocalist, models and dancers, we hope to raise close to $15,000 for the Silicon Valley AIDS Leadership Center through ticket sales for today's event. You can continue to make a difference by deciding to sign up as a monthly donor to the Leadership Center. $5, $10, $15, $20 a month on a recurring charge helps to make an enormous impact on the valley's youth. For the cost of a lunch once a month you can help prevent a new case of HIV infection in your local community.
